The hotel had nice rooms, though not particularly clean, and was let down by disrespectful service. However, the location was the only positive with immaculate upkeep. The dining was average but not well organized.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near major highways and adjacent to a strip mall, which made parking a bit tricky. The rooms were spacious but had a slight pet smell near the window. The dining options were satisfying, although they weren't serving during the current situation. The staff was friendly overall, but I faced a small inconvenience related to payment system glitch during my stay.

Upon checking in, the room was nice and clean with a pleasant smell, but later on, it started to smell like wet towels and carpet, which was quite unpleasant. The service was exceptional, with extremely patient and kind staff members. The location was convenient but in an industrial area with limited amenities around. The dining experience was good overall, although the waffle batter was missing. The hotel had well-maintained facilities.
